Expanding your Market: Legal, Human and Practical Considerations for Serving Customers with Disabilities

A workshop on accessibility issues in the workplace and in public places such as stores/restaurants led by LaWanda Cook of the Northeast ADA Center
 
If your business is not disability-friendly, you are losing more customers and potential revenue than you may realize! This interactive session will include practical and cost-effective suggestions for serving customers with different types of disabilities as well as an overview of how the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to employers and the business community.
