With strong commitments to community partnership and public impact, the next webinar in our COVID-19 Business Readiness series will focus on COVID-19: Tax Considerations and Available Assistance hosted by Michelle Flinn, CPA, Supervisor at Sciarabba Walker & Co., LLP.
Michelle will provide an overview and status update on the numerous relief programs and incentives for businesses including:
• The SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program & Economic Injury Disaster Loans
• The interplay between the SBA’s programs and the Employee Retention Credit and the Payroll Tax Deferral Programs
• Changes to Net Operating Loss rules and carryback opportunities
• Changes to Federal and NYS tax due dates
The format of the webinar will be a 30 minute presentation of information followed by a 30 minute Q&A.
