DESCRIPTION:Nationally recognized organization wellness expert\, Dr. Joel Bennett\, will join us in Ithaca for this interactive\, uplifting workshop!\nThis workshop provides participants (community members\, employees\, employers) with hands-on tools for self-care\, resilience\, and social support.\n\nYou will learn specific steps for identifying and transforming stress into a positive resource.\n\nThis workshop is part of an ongoing strategy to build a healthy community in Ithaca and Tomkins County.\n\nParticipants are asked to provide feedback and input so we can continually make this better.\n\n\n	Co-Facilitators: Dr. Joel Bennett of OWLS and Stacy Cangelosi of Alcohol & Drug Council.\n\n\n\n	Location: Tompkins County Health Department\, 55 Brown Road\n\n\n\n	Room: Rice Conference Room\n\n\n\n	Time: 9:00am-11:00am\n\n\n\n	Cost: Free\n\n\n\n	Light refreshments will be served\n\n\n\n	Participants will receive a free copy of Dr. Joel Bennett's book Raw Coping Power: From Stress to Thriving\n\nThe LEARN Workshop Series is sponsored by Tompkins Community Bank.
