DESCRIPTION:Our Roundtable Series offers confidential spaces to share insights\, seek feedback & guidance\, and gain mentorship from peers. The LGBTQ+ Roundtable creates a space where queer professionals can build meaningful relationships\, discuss topics relevant to their experiences in business and nonprofit settings\, and raise the visibility of LGBTQ+ individuals in Tompkins County. This roundtable is open only to those who identify as a member the LGBTQ+ community.\n\n\n\nOur February host is the Waterfront Cafe - a sunny space with a peaceful view of the inlet. Refreshments will include:\n\nWater with lemon\n\nDrip coffee\n\nToast bites\n\nMini quinoa bowls\n\nSmoothie samples\n\n\n\nThis month we will share reflections about those who have advocated for or mentored us\, what we have learned from them\, and how we endeavor to do the same for others.\n\n\n\nThank you to our sponsors: RasaSpa\, BorgWarner\, and M&T Bank.
