She also provides independent consulting services with expertise in mission and strategy development\, board development\, systems redesign\, and performance improvement.\n\n \n\nPrior to her current work\, Cindy served in various leadership and executive positions in health administration and higher education. She earned her undergraduate degree in health services administration from Ithaca College and her master's degree in public administration from SUNY Brockport. She is a certified facilitator in total quality management\, a certified trainer for TeamSTEPPS System for Healthcare\, and a graduate of the HERS Management Institute for Women in Higher Education. She serves as president of the board of Unity House of Cayuga County and co-chair of Moms for Play.
