It is an opportunity for the women of Tompkins County to come together and support each other's authentic selves as we lay out our plans and goals for 2024. \n\n \n\nWe are all dreaming big. We are going to make those goals happen by writing our strategic plan for the year. Whether you are a business owner\, new in your career or a senior leader you need a strategic plan to guide where you are going. \n\n \n\nThis is your opportunity to deep dive into your strengths and opportunities\, evaluate your resources\, determine what you want to leverage and what is time to put aside.
