Couch to 5K Training Program
Meet every Monday with coach Selena Lenetsky, Ironman finisher, YMCA triathlon coach, pilates instructor, and certified personal coach! This is an outdoor running program. Learn how to safely move yourself from a beginner runner to someone who can successfully complete and compete at the Y Scarecrow Scamper 5k Race on October 26!
