Everyone's Occupational Hazard: Dealing with Difficult People presented by Karen Fritz, LMSW
This workshop explores how to navigate tricky interpersonal waters in business relationships. Attendees will enhance their understanding of human behavior, difficult people and personality types. Attendees will also learn key communication and listening skills for handling conflict and difficult conversations.
