Your Role in Green Design & Construction

Designed for the construction workforce or anyone wishing to learn more about green building, this course will provide an overview in green building practices. You will learn about human and construction impacts on the environment, and learn methods for sustainable and environmentally conscientious building.  You will be introduced to current building rating systems such as LEED , BPI, NAHB Green Rating System, Energy Star, RESNET HERS, and best practices for green construction. Participants leave with a better understanding of their role in minimizing the impact of construction on the environment.
