She will share information on predictions workforce size\, gaps in available workforce\, the aging population\, and sector-based growth. \n Sue Dale-Hall\, CEO\, Child Development Council - Sue will share how access to quality\, affordable child care is a key issue for workforce development and one that impacts most employers in Tompkins County.
