The organization has grown in size and scope from the Cerebral Palsy Association\, to The Special Children's Center to the Franziska Racker Centers in honor and memory of Dr Franziska Racker. The agency has evolved to include over 29 sites\, employs more than 700 people and serves over 3\,000 individuals and their families throughout Tompkins\, Cortland and Tioga counties annually.\n\n \n\n \n\n Racker Centers serves individuals with disabilities and their families beginning in our early childhood programs and continues to help where needed through our clinical services\, mental health services\, community and home-based programs and our residential homes. Franziska Racker Centers works in schools\, in your home\, in our residential homes\, and everywhere in between.
