With over 30 of banking experience\, brad Totman and Justin Earl will explain how different loan options work\, what to look for in a funding option\, and how you can prepare to have a productive conversation with a lender.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the presenters:\n\nBrad Totman\, Vice President\, Small Business Lending Manager\n\nBrad has been in the banking industry for 25+ years with a background in Management & Business Development\, focusing on Commercial\, Small Business\, Not for Profit and Municipal Banking. He has been with Tompkins Trust Company for 6 years\, first as a Market Manager in Cortland County\, coordinating Business Development in that county\, and now as a Small Business Lending Manager.\n\n\n\nJustin Earl\, Small Business Banking Associate\n\nJustin has been in the banking/finance industry for 6 years. He started with Tompkins Trust Company as a teller and then transitioned to an admin for the commercial lending department at affiliate Tompkins VIST Bank in the Philadelphia area. Justin has also worked in auto lending and underwriting. When Justin relocated back to central NY\, he worked as a mortgage originator at CFCU before returning to the Tompkins Trust Company in his current Small Business Banking Associate role. He is responsible for credit analysis/underwriting\, loan origination\, and overall support to the Branch Managers and Small Business Lending team.\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Small Biz Think Big Series:\n\nThe Tompkins Trust Company Small Biz\, Think Big Series is designed to give Chamber members access to tools and resources that will help them grow and strengthen their businesses.
