Nagiane has worked in employee relations and program development. She uses her industry experience and knowledge to train job seekers to more effectively pursue career goals and assist employers create more culturally inclusive work environments. Nagiane currently coordinates the Hospitality Employment Training Program at the Greater Ithaca Activities Center and is a speaker on interfaith dialogue.
