Position Overview:
We are in search of a passionate Leader who enjoys the rush of a busy restaurant, thrives in a fast paced environment and has the ability to build and maintain a strong team culture!

In this role you will be involved in/oversee all store operations including but not limited to

  • Overseeing/Working during service to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Working with team members to help them continually improve and develop professionally
  • Creating/Implementing new SOP's and Best Practices
  • Overseeing/Working during service to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Daily/Weekly Production Planning & Staff Scheduling
  • Managing Catering Operations- Including responding to customers/inquiries, sending invoices, scheduling staff accordingly etc.
  • Creating/Improving Menu Offerings
  • Hiring/Training New Staff Members

Qualities we will be looking for include:

  • Food Industry Experience - Supervising Shifts/Managerial experience of at least 1 year
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent problem solving ability
  • Comfort with, and a commitment to building diverse teams
  • Ability to Deliver world-class service to our guests by displaying a calm, tactful demeanor while working in a high-paced environment.
  • Handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement
  • Has an outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Culinary Arts education/experience a plus!
  • Food Handlers Certification a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
