Foodnet Meals on Wheels is hiring a full-time Client Services Coordinator.

As the successful Client Services Coordinator, you will:
- Serve as a key member of the Foodnet Client Services team at the Triphammer Road location working Monday – Friday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. This is a 40-hour a week, non-exempt position without weekend or evening shifts.
- Answer client and caregiver phone calls and greet clients and visitors via email, phone and in person, and respond to inquiries about the organization and programs.
- Coordinate client intake processes and assist Registered Dietician by coordinating client home visits.
- Track and record meals and participation count in specialized databases and generate reports.
- Conduct driver client check-ins daily and record/report outcomes in designated databases.
- Assist as needed with distribution of daily route sheets, monthly menus and other client communications, coordinate printer/copier maintenance and maintain related supplies and orders.
- Lead and coordinate technical and/or confidential communication with both internal and external stakeholders, as needed.
- Prepare billing to providers and clients and follow approved cash handling procedures and accurately submit claims for reimbursements.
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings and ensure regular communication with Foodnet staff.
- Work with a fun, energetic group of individuals who are committed to assisting our senior neighbors live independently.

- Non-Exempt, hourly wage $20.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.
To be a successful Client Services Coordinator, you need:
- Skills or background related or a high school graduate equivalent. A college degree in a human service-related subject or senior services is welcome.
- More than two years of experience in a fast-paced human services administrative office, experience working with older adults, individuals with chronic illness or individuals living with physical, cognitive, intellectual, mental or developmental challenges is a plus.
- A valid NYS driver’s license with clean driving and safety record.
- A good sense of humor and ability to see good in others.
- An interest in social services, food security and senior health and making our community a better place.
- A collaborative and flexible work style and a willingness to communicate effectively as a part of a multifaceted and fun team.
- Food service experience is not required but is also welcome.
