Keeping the Environment Clean, Organized & Functional–You ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and efficient by:
Tools & Procedures: Mastery of opening and closing procedures. Lead through your tools.
Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and welcoming space through the entire restaurant.
Restaurant Organization: Maintain all storage areas with correct stock levels, in the correct place.
Dishes: Ensuring dishware is clean and available for your team and customers.
Line Pars: Keep your team on track with their respective stations. Ensure proper food stock levels.
Food Storage: Ensure all prepared food is labeled. Ensure all coolers are organized accordingly.
Cleaning & Maintaining Equipment: Mastery of all deep cleaning tasks. Keeping all tools in working order. Preventative maintenance restaurant wide.
Monitoring Cooler & Appliance Temperatures: Ensuring food safety and quality.
Crowd Control: Keeping the flow of guests smooth and organized. Deescalate when necessary.
Waste Management & FIFO (First In, First Out): Preventing food waste and spoilage.
Delivering High-Quality, Safe, and Delicious Food––You ensure every dish meets company standards by:
Accuracy & Ticket Highlighting: Double-checking orders before serving. Ask your team to fix incorrect orders or substandard food.
Quality Control: Taste test all products and ensure food looks and tastes great. Fix when required.
Service Line: Mastery of all stations. Guide your team to fix mistakes. Master of efficiency and break bottle necks.
Menu Knowledge: Understand all ingredients, cooking methods, and taste profiles of all items.
Health and Safety Standards: Lead through serve-safe standards to ensure all food is prepared and stored in a safe way.
Recipe Consistency: Mastery of all prepwork. Lead through our recipes while prepping.
Food and Dry Goods Inventory: Understand our business needs, our supplier windows, and order products as needed. Know what to do in the event of a shortage.
Technique: Mastery of how not to burn, dry, or damage our food during reheating, or prepping.
FIFO: Ensure all products are being properly rotated and that your team understands FIFO
Waste: Own the mistakes you made, articulate the accumulated loss to your team and make good use your time and your teams..

- Competitive Pay & Benefits: Enjoy a great starting wage of $23 ($21 base + $2 guaranteed from tips) The annualized average tip per hour rate is $3.75 with the opportunity to earn more, plus a sweet benefits package including:
- PTO available as soon as you become part of our team. Accruable up to 2 weeks per year ( 80 hrs )
- 5 days ( 40 hrs ) paid sick leave available from your first day.
- Profit Sharing ( estimated $1 - $1.2 for every hour worked annually in addition to the range listed above $500-$2500)
- 401 K ( 100% match up to 2% of your gross income )
- Discounts! This includes a monthly stipend in your house account with the power of $40.00 for part-time employees and $80.00 for full-time employees every month, in addition to your $21.00 shift meals.
