We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to work along side our Executive Housekeeper and housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in the absence of the Executive, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inspections of guest rooms to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Assist the Executive with managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bi-lingual is a bonus.
