FIRM HISTORY

For more than thirty years T.G. Miller P.C. has provided civil engineering and land surveying services to clients throughout the Finger Lakes region for commercial, institutional, residential and municipal projects. Our client base ranges from private and municipal clients to architectural/engineering firms.

T.G. Miller P.C. follows a team approach encouraging close working relationships with clients to deliver a high-quality product regardless of project size or budget. We are proactive members of any project team and bring to the table extensive experience in problem solving which often spans multiple disciplines. We have strong relationships with local Architects and Landscape Architects. Our licensed staff includes three Professional Engineers and three Professional Land Surveyors. Other staff members lend their
expertise in site design and highway engineering.

The majority of our staff resides locally and has a keen awareness of local concerns and government practices. We recognize the need for accessible civil engineering and land surveying services and are able to address client concerns in a timely manner. Our engineering division prides itself on innovative designs and adherence to sound engineering principles. It is through technical expertise and a dedicated approach that our engineering division has the distinction of municipal engineer for the Towns of Dryden
and Lansing, and the Village of Lansing. Our survey division owns one of the largest and oldest collections of property surveys in Tompkins County dating back over one hundred years which is an important resource for our clients.
