The Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner, Meeting & Community Awards will take place on Thursday January 28, 2016. Our Menu Includes: Honey Roasted Pear Salad- Baby Field Greens with Honey Roasted Pears, Pepita Crusted Goat Cheese with Vanilla Spice Vinaigrette Your Choice Of: Filet Mignon - With a Red Wine Demi-Glace Asparagus Chicken Roulade - Chicken Breast Stuffed with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers Served with a Feta Studded Polenta and a Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce. Sweet Potato Gnocchi - Gorgonzola and Sage Cream with Roasted Beets, Toasted Pistachio and Micro Beet Greens. Portobello Mushroom Napoleon - Portobello Mushrooms layered with Zucchini, Roasted Peppers, Polenta, Served with a Roasted Tomato Coulis. This day on the green combines top-notch golf with valuable networking and advertising opportunities. Held at one of the County’s finest and professionally-rated golf courses. Staggered start golf tournament with several prizes, including skins. Lunch and beverages provided.
