Spa Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Ithaca, NY 14850

Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hour (Based on experience)

Job Description:

Our Finger Lakes spa is looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team 2–3 days per week. If you're passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Weekend and evening availability is required. A set schedule is available, with occasional additional shifts to cover staff time off or sick days.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in spa guests
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby
• Provide concierge-level guest services
• Promote and sell retail products
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual – you’re the first and last impression
• Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule:

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Required: Evening and weekend availability
• Optional: Additional weekday shifts as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Location Requirement:

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ithaca, NY 14850 before starting

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
