The Great Big Chamber Auction helps support our annual work program and operating costs all year long - particularly in community and economic development and advocacy areas. A sneak peek of some of the delicious options you can look forward to: crab and lobster with shallot crème fraiche in phyllo, zucchini rolls with roasted red pepper hummus, quinoa, parsley, spinach, yellow pepper, and carrot and sliced tenderloin with polenta with horseradish sauce with chives.
