A workshop on accessibility issues in the workplace and in public places such as stores/restaurants led by LaWanda Cook of the Northeast ADA Center

This interactive session will include practical and cost-effective suggestions for serving customers with different types of disabilities as well as an overview of how the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to employers and the business community.
