Registration & Brunch starts at 10 am.
Shotgun start at 11:30 am.
Entry fee for your team includes:
- Greens fees for a team of 4
- Two golf carts
- Complimentary food prior to play provided by CSP Management.
- Complimentary beer & snacks on the course at three Hospitatlity Tents sponsored by Therm Inc, Miller Mayer LLP
- Entry into the sweepstakes for all awards, prizes, and tournament games including Longest Drive sponsored by Welliver, Hole In One contest, Closet to Pin, Closest to Line, Putting Contest and other on the course fun!
- Admission to the post-tournament awards reception.
$100 Team Super Tickets include:
- 2 mulligans per player
- Team entry to the Skins competition
- 4 admissions to Tournament Poker
- 8 50/50 raffle tickets per player
- Additional tournament games may be offered!

Registration and payment must be received by August 1, 2018.
