This series has all of the networking outcomes you look for in our events, but with the added component of industry insights program co-designed by the Chamber and the presenting host. We are enhancing opportunities for our members to build deeper relationships with others within their industry and folks in new industries they're looking to connect with and learn from.
The April 2018 Event will be presented by Foodnet Meals on Wheels.
The leadership team from Foodnet Meals on Wheels will be leading a networking program focused on how not-for-profits diversify their revenue streams, and touch on the current work that they are doing on the issue of food insecurity in Tompkins County. The networking event will include group tours of the operating kitchen at Foodnet, a menu design challenge, and opportunities to network with other attendees over lunch.
This event is not exclusively for folks within the not-for-profit industry. We are looking to have a diverse cross-section of all of our members, and can answer any questions about the event or the series at your request.
The food will be one of the most popular participant meals that Meals on Wheels delivers, and a part of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the organization.
