The Cayuga Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art center that provides a wide range of health and wellness services for our community and the surrounding region. It brings together a group of approximately 255 professionals across several specialties who are both knowledgeable in their
fields and genuinely committed to the concept of helping clients reach their personal health goals.
Cayuga Wellness Center houses five outstanding services: Island Health & Fitness, Cayuga Medical Center Physical Therapy, Cayuga Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance, Cayuga Center for healthy Living and Rasa Spa - Each working in collaboration to provide a continuum of care.
