Chamber Annual Dinner 2013

The Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner and Meeting will take place on Thursday January 24th, 2013.  Join us for a celebratory toast in making Tompkins County the best place to live, work, and grow a business in Central NY.  This event is the place to see and be seen in Tompkins County's government, civic, and business communities.  Sponsorships for this wonderful event are available at the following levels:

Menu Choices:

Chicken Lisha - Breast of chicken with Italian bread crumbs stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and Gouda cheese, drizzled with a creamy saffron sauce.  Served with roasted root vegetables and country mashed potatoes. 

Grilled Vegetable Ravioli - Ravioli stuffed with grilled vegetables over jardinière sauce. 

Braised Short Ribs in Tarragon and Red Wine Reduction - Served with roasted root vegetables and country mashed potatoes.

All meals come with a dinner salad and dessert platter. 

Appetizers will be served at 5:30 p.m., leading to the dinner at 6:50 p.m. and ending between 8:30 and 9:00 pm.

Registration via mail or fax will be available after formal invitations are sent to members during the first few weeks of December.  Tickets for this event are $75 each with registration and payment due by 5:00 pm Tuesday, January 15th, 2013.
