
Please join the School of Hotel Administration on Saturday, February 25th, for the first of three Special Guest Chef series featuring Chef Ron Duprat, as seen on Season Six of Bravo's Top chef: Las Vegas! The following two events will be held on March 10th and April 29th.
Throughout the Spring Semester, Giuseppe Pezzotti and the class invite industry professionals to Cornell's Campus to host three Guest Chef Events. Our first event will feature Chef Ron Duprat and the exotic flavors of Haiti. This special evening will include:
- Mojito Bar, Champagne (Moët et Chandon) Reception, and Cocktail Hour: 6 pm - 7pm
- 3-Course Meal and Wine Pairing (menu attached): 7 pm
Chef Duprat will also send out surprise courses throughout the meal.
The event will be held at 6 pm on February 25th in the Park Atrium at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and is $125 per person.
