Join The Tompkins Chamber and Business After Hours co-host Rasa Spa, as we present Spa Day the BAH Way, a virtual interactive presentation on the importance of self-care. Led by Rasa Spa staff, learn about stressors and the mental and physical impact of stress, and different methods of stress management including techniques with Massage Therapist Dex White, everyday Rasa Blend aromatherapy Assistant Spa Director and Massage Therapist Cynthia King and at-home facials with Esthetician Ariel Corl.
To fully participate in our virtual spa day, purchase your choice of one of the two at-home spa kits, that will be featured during the event. Your "Spa Day the BAH Way" kit will include:
- Lacrosse ball, the aromatherapy Grounding blend, and an at-home facial kit- $20
- Lacrosse ball, full aromatherapy trio (Grounding, Relaxing, and Uplifting blends) and an at-home facial kit- $35
Rasa Spa will be taking orders for spa kits in person, online (Order Here start on Products Page and click Kits on the right hand side under Shop By Category) or by phone (607-273-1740) Wednesday July 1st through Wednesday July 15th at 4:00 pm.
Orders will be available to pick up at Rasa Spa (310 Taughannock Blvd #2a, Ithaca, NY 14850) Wednesday July 1st through Wednesday, July 15th, at 4 p.m.
Additionally, during our virtual Business After Hours, we welcome attendees to participate in our "Working Together during Stressful Times" activity. Come with answers ready for these two question:
- When I’m stressed, I need my friends, family or co-workers to do the following… {fill your answer in}
- When I’m stressed, what my friends, family or co-workers should NOT do… {fill your answer in}
Everyone will have a chance to network and bring in an appreciation and understanding of others needs during stressful times via their answers.
