June 2021 Networking @ Noon Hospitality and Tourism Industry Insights and Ribbon Cutting

Thursday, June 24th from noon-1:30 pm, we'll host our return to *IN PERSON* monthly networking industry events, with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism! Our event will take place at Liquid State Brewing Company and new business partner Silo Food Truck, with catering provided by Silo.

• Silo Fried Chicken- Silo's famous dark meat, on the bone fried chicken. Cage-free, all natural happy chickens from Murray's farm. Drumsticks and thighs only.
• Fried Ithaca Soy Tofu (Vegan)- A local favorite and crispy and delicious addition to any dish.
• Cornbread & Honey Butter (Veg)- Silo's signature cornbread served with honey butter.
• Silo Mac & Cheese (Veg)- Silo's signature mac & cheese with NYS extra sharp cheddar béchamel sauce.
• Purple coconut Sticky Rice (Vegan)- Try it with our Wizard-made green coconut curry and Asian Trio Pickles!
• Silo Salad- Remembrance Farms greens, golden raisins & candied pecans with balsamic vinaigrette.
• FIXINS’- Assortment of Silo’s homemade pickles & sauces 

In addition to Networking at Noon, we will be celebrating the newly formed partnership between both businesses and the opening of Liquid State's new event space, with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony hosted by the Chamber.

Following the ribbon cutting, there will be a panel discussion followed by an interactive Q&A. Panelists will include: Ben Brotman and Jamey Tielens, owners of Liquid State Brewing Company; Jesse Steve and Katie Foley, owners of Silo Food Truck; Erin Rafalowski, Director of Marketing Conventions and Visitors Bureau; Scott Rougeau, Special Events Director Downtown Ithaca Alliance and Vicki Taylor Brous, Business Development Manager at Agava Restaurant.

Networking at Noon events are open to folks in all industries. We seek to host a diverse cross-section of all of our members. Our goal is to provide valuable insights into each industry sector, and fruitful networking, all in just over an hour.

COVID-19 precautions will be met, including: capacity size, 6 ft distance requirement, masks at discretion for vaccinated attendees; unvaccinated attendees should wear masks. Temperatures will be checked at registration; all attendees required to refrain from attending if symptomatic.
