Tompkins County, along with 9 other regions, are starting the 4 phases presented by Governor Andrew Cuomo to UnPause NY State. Over the next few months, organizations throughout the State will face differing schedules and parameters for resuming business operations. With strong commitments to community partnership and public impact, the Tompkins Chamber of Commerce is continuing it's L.E.A.R.N webinar series and shifting our focus to Strategic Business Plan Alignment Post-COVID: The Proven Strategy to Maximize Your Team’s Performance.
When mid-market companies need help breaking down their internal siloes, improve cross-departmental collaboration, and execute on the strategic plan, they turn to our presenter Ariana Blossom, CEO of Blossom Consulting. She and her team have helped companies gain 15x return on investment, while reducing conflict by up to 50%, and streamlining operations.
- When to use a Win Room to massively improve cross-departmental collaboration
- How it can align your team around mission-critical needs, like marketing strategies, organizational values, and revenue drivers
- Walk away with the basics to design your own Win Room
The format of the webinar will be a 45 minute presentation of information followed by a 15 minute Q&A. Please email any questions you may have for our presenters in advance to dwalton@tompkinschamber.org.
Please feel free to visit the Chamber's COVID-19 Business Resources page where you will find up to date information and tools to help you, your business/organization, and your employees.
