Join the Tompkins Chamber, on Thursday, September 29, from 9:00am to 10:30am., as we present the New York State guidelines for sexual harassment prevention training.
This 1.5 hour NYS Compliant Sexual Harassment Prevention Training will include:
- An explanation of sexual harassment consistent with New York State guidance;
- Examples of unlawful sexual harassment;
- Information regarding federal/state law on sexual harassment and remedies available to victims;
- Information regarding employee rights of redress and available forums for adjudicating complaints; and
- Address supervisor conduct & responsibilities.
