Lead Renovators Certification (initial)

Designed for those engaged in the renovation, construction, and painting of housing built before 1978, this certification class is required for all home improvements that disturb more than 6 sq. ft. of interior or 20 sq. ft. of exterior lead paint or presumed lead paint. Legislation effective April 22, 2010.
