Starting in January 2018, Paid Family Leave becomes a mandatory benefit in New York for private sector employers and an option in the public sector. Please join John McCann, partner at the law firm of Hancock Estabrook, LLP, as he breaks down the latest regulations addressing eligibility, claims and other requirements under New York’s Paid Family Leave law.
