"INTENTIONAL RESOLUTIONS FROM THE HEART"- Inspirational Talk and Meditation 

Many of us set resolutions for January, but “fall off the wagon,” before the month is over. Whereas some might advise not making resolutions at all, we’re taking the path of how to make your “agreements” with yourself and others “stick” for the New Year. That means that we look at clarity of our communications, keeping our word (with self and others), and outlining reasonable goals and milestones that get us to our ‘end goals’ instead of our ‘means’ goals. In this talk we’ll come prepared with our list of goals that help us ignite our passions and listen deeply to our heart’s intentions.  A rule of thumb is what you stick to for 21 days- can become a new pattern or habit, so let’s get it done!  Includes a 30 min inspirational talk, 30 min Q &A and 30 min of meditation.
