We are excited to introduce a series of mini-workshops to help you begin to build a foundation for a successful word-of-mouth based business. The programs will be delivered in 90 minute workshop sessions. Each program will have handouts, Q&A, and networking. 
 
Module 1: Finding Your Starting Point
Define your Target Market ? specific set of customers whose needs you are trying to meet.
Create ?buzz? to attract different types of buyers.

Participation can be transferred (once paid for) to another module if cancelled 24 hours in advance of the selected program. ? Programs will begin promptly, please arrive 10 minutes before the program begins to take care of any registration details and to find your seat in the classroom. Location ? The programs will be held at Referral Institute Central New York (2333 N. Triphammer Rd., Suite 501, Ithaca, NY). Referral Institute CNY is located in Building 5 within the offices of P.W. Wood & Son, Inc. Please park to the right of the building facing the fence.
