Religious Accommodations: Know Your Rights and Responsibilities
Join Tompkins Chamber in partnership with the State of New York to learn the legal obligations of employers in providing religious accommodations for employees under New York State law. The session includes an overview of the New York Human Rights Law, and the rights and protections afforded to employees under the law, as well as HOW TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS.
A Q&A period will follow the presentation.
