After 15 years in an over-large office, Challenge is excited to announce its move to a new office space in the South Hill Business Campus. The decision to relocate was driven by the organization's commitment to its mission of helping adults with barriers find meaningful employment. By reducing the office size by 50%, Challenge can significantly lower its rent expenses, allowing more resources to be allocated directly to its programs and services.
The new site was carefully chosen to ensure improved accessibility for the individuals Challenge serves. With a more easily accessible location and better public transportation options, the new office will make it easier for clients to access the support they need in their journey towards employment.
Despite the smaller space, Challenge remains dedicated to providing the same high-quality services and support to its clients. We see this move as a positive step towards sustainability and a renewed focus on its core mission.
