Ribbon cutting for Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP Merger

Join us in celebrating the Greater Binghamton-based law firm of Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP (LGT) significant expansion of its practice, confirming a merger with the Ithaca-based law firm of Schlather, Stumbar, Parks & Salk, LLP (SSPS). The combination will officially take effect on January 1, 2026, and the firm will continue to operate under the name Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP.
The strategic expansion will substantially increase LGT’s presence throughout Central New York, including the Southern Tier, by welcoming experienced attorneys and staff from SSPS who will provide a wide array of legal services from LGT’s Ithaca office located at 200 E. Buffalo Street.
