From vision to reality, Rosie's Cafe & Parlor is open with an additional focus on mental health. After five season of operating Rosie's Ice Cream, owner Helen Kiluk vision to expand into the adjacent space and offer coffee, ice cream and inspiration. Her vision is to help all who enter know that "You Matter" and to provide connections to supportive services discreetly.
