Because our staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency, you can enjoy a life filled with fewer worries and more enthusiasm. You’ll have ample opportunity to engage in new hobbies, rekindle former interests or pursue deep and meaningful friendships with residents who share your common interests.
Crossings: For Early-Stage Dementia
If someone you love is in the early stages of dementia, they might feel a loss of self-esteem and withdraw from social activities. Some studies have even shown that people with early stage dementia could be at a higher risk for depression, especially if they are surrounded by peers who are able to be a little more independent.
That’s where our Crossings program comes in. Crossings was designed for seniors in the early stages of dementia. Residents enjoy activities like art and dance classes, excursions to museums, journaling to explore life stories and sharing stories around the dinner table with new friends.
