The ribbon cutting will officially mark Coughlin and Gerhart's grand opening of its new Ithaca office and FLX Fitclub’s relocation from Clinton West Plaza to an expanded space in the Waterfront District.

About FLX Fitclub
FLX Fitclub opened in 2017 with a mission to provide the Ithaca community with exceptional group fitness class experiences in a boutique studio atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of classes led by knowledgeable, friendly instructors. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and include weight training, indoor cycling, cardio, core strength, mind-body and more. The relocation to a larger, custom-designed facility has allowed the club to add several new and exciting programs to their roster, such as THE TRIP, GRIT and SPRINT.
