Rick leads a team of more than 1,000 employees in planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of university buildings, grounds and utilities infrastructure for the Ithaca campus, including the university’s electricity, steam, chilled water and potable water systems; as well as real estate, and the Campus Sustainability Office.
