Supervisors, safety directors, and human resource professionals are encouraged to attend this training. Attendees will learn to identify substance abuse indicators and to properly address workplace substance abuse and impairment. Workplace drug and alcohol policy requirements, medical marijuana, the new OSHA rule on post-accident testing, and prescription medication concerns will be addressed as well.
This course satisfies the US-DOT training requirement for supervisors of CDL drivers as per 49 CFR 382.603.
