What's the next step for your business? The Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce and Mike Driscoll of the Small Business Development Center of NYS welcome you to our March Small Business Think BIG series: Building Your Business for the Future.
Join us at the Chamber on March 31st from 8:30am to 12:00pm as Mike Driscoll draws on his decades of business experience to help you create a plan for the future of your business. Together we will build a roadmap and a multi-year plan that encompasses everything from cash flow management to expansion through financing or investment.
You will leave with key points demonstrating not only the importance of a long term business plan, but also step by step procedures you can use to build one yourself.
Breakfast will be provided to all in attendance by Ba-Li Cravings, all beverages are provided by Ithaca Coffee Company.
$25 for all Chamber Members, $40 for all non-members.
