With a focus on the needs of small business and nonprofit organizations, the goal of this workshop is to help foster a "can-do" attitude when it comes to fitting a social and digital media marketing strategy within the already limited time and resources available to small businesses. Boost confidence and learn a new perspective on how to think about strategy in this arena to get ahead in your industry. Devise a simple digital strategy that is properly aligned with your business goals. Learn the basics of content marketing and show off your business knowledge and expertise to customers. Other topics will include how to monitor and track your brand's presence online, customer engagement through social media, finding your niche, search engine optimization (SEO), how to write and share relevant content, and an overview of tools to help you save time and automate tasks.
