Join us for December’s Women in Business Roundtable, when Anna Kelles, PhD, will join us to explore ways to take better care of ourselves during the hectic holiday season and all year long. Dr Kelles will share ways that good nutrition, regular physical activity, and eliminating toxins from our surroundings can make us healthier and more productive both personally and professionally—all while enjoying nutritious snacks, some sweet treats, and a beverage.
