Resiliency
We will explore and learn the basic concepts of resilience, identify our own personal resilience strengths and opportunities, and develop a plan for how we can use our strengths to develop our opportunities and deepen our resilience. It is very hard for us to dare greatly with our lives, and be brave, authentic, and courageous leaders we aspire to be. Especially if we have not learned how to rise from the inevitable set-backs, falls, disappointments, and criticism that come with daring greatly.
Sue Mann is a trauma-informed professional career and life coach, focusing on helping professionals develop confidence and resilience - especially after set-backs or difficult experiences at work. You can find more information on Sue's website.
