Job Description: As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, working to prepare and execute high-quality dishes for our hotel restaurant guests. Your focus will be on ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate food to meet quality standards
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards for each dish
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling
  • Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain smooth operations during service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role (hotel or restaurant experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
