As a Family Peer Advocate for the Tioga/Tompkins County Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program, you have the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps families with children ages 10-21 avoid hospitalizations and out-of-home placements by providing skills and support to youth and families to meet all of their needs and overcome their challenges.
