About Us
It is the mission of the Baden-Powell Council, Boy Scouts of America to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and in other ways prepare them to make ethical choices over ther lifetime in achieving their full potential.
The council covers five counties in New York State — Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Tioga and Tompkins—as well as Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania.
